Where Ink Becomes Margin

A landscape composition draws bone, ink, and a quieter trace of viridian into a rhythmic exchange. An inward sense of margin emerges from their relation. Visual weight settles near the center, holding the surrounding field in quiet suspension. Layered passages make depth felt without breaking the flat authority of the surface. Its balanced, dramatic-contrast register holds recognition and doubt in suspension. The eye is invited to complete what the surface deliberately withholds.
